Ennismore (Rixos Murjana, Saudi Arabia) seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will ensure accurate records, maintain MIS, and assist with compliance across the People & Culture Department.

You will coordinate joiners/leavers, manage documentation, and liaise with external agencies for visa arrangements, while delivering professional HR services to colleagues.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of HR or administration experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Arabic.

Mansioni

• Coordinate recruitment processes, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee files and records.
• Support employee relations and liaison with departments.
• Provide admin support to the HR Director and maintain diaries.
