Responsibilities

Project DeliverablesContributes to the Project Execution Plan Discipline Design Instruction and Contract requisitions prepares project plans and multi-discipline documents such as basis of design subcontract scopes of workAble to manage and coordinate engineering multidiscipline inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centers including workshare high value engineering centersQuality HSE and AssuranceUnderstands and works to quality system monitors and acts on deficienciesChecks Health Safety Environment and Security HSES issues are identified and addressed in design manufacture construction commissioning and operationsDevelops Project Specific ProceduresEnsures that the Engineering disciplines comply strictly with the contract and scope of work in completing project activitiesResponsible for assuring quality of engineering deliverables before issue to customerChairs technical meetings with Third Parties and manages particular technical issues through to completionDevelopment and Management of SchedulePlans individual work activities and manages time liaises with disciplines to ensure timely receipt of commentsInputs to work plan sets targets and holds regular reviewsExpedite Engineers to deliver to schedule fully understand reasons for delay and drive development of recovery plansResolves most delays or changes and escalates only most serious issuesChange ManagementHighlights and quantifies changes that impacts workAble to effect change when approvedPeople ManagementSupervises work of technical professionals in the delivery of engineering deliverables including checking workCoordinates medium sized interdisciplinary team typically 10-50 Communicates to facilitate work effort motivates team strong positive and active in solutions and proactive attitudeQualifications:Bachelor s degree in mechanical/metallurgical/civil or related field.10 years project engineering experience in Aramco Projects.Strong project management and communication skills.
