Lenovo in Riyadh is seeking a Test Engineer to own production testing for PC products assigned to you. You will run test engineering across NPI, line qualification, pilot runs, ramp-up and mass production to keep test operations stable and improve quality and efficiency.

You’ll set up test stations, validate processes, deploy test software and firmware, and ensure traceable MES data while collaborating with Production, Quality, Engineering, IT, suppliers and global Lenovo teams on the factory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automation, CS or IT.
• Minimum 2 years in production test engineering in electronics manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, test equipment, and station setup.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux, BIOS/EC/firmware, drivers and basic networking.
• Strong written and spoken English.

About The Role

Every notebook and desktop we build has to pass production testing before it reaches a customer. As a Test Engineer in Lenovo’s PC Group (PCG) in Riyadh, you’ll own that testing for the products assigned to you.

You’ll run production test engineering at every stage of a product’s life: new product introduction (NPI), line qualification, pilot runs, ramp-up and mass production. Your job is to keep test operations stable, fix issues fast, and keep improving test quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, IT or a related field
• 2+ years in production test engineering, preferably in PC, notebook, desktop or electronics manufacturing
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, test equipment, station setup and basic failure analysis
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux, BIOS/EC/firmware, drivers and basic networking
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to give hands-on support on the production floor
