Job summary

Lenovo in Riyadh invites an experienced Quality leader to drive on-site quality management for our KSA factory. You will lead NPI quality during product introductions, supervise mass production quality, and partner with Development, Manufacturing Engineering, SQE, and Site Operations to uphold stringent quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management during server NPI by identifying risks and driving cross-functional actions.
• Oversee manufacturing quality during mass production to ensure continuous improvement.
• On-site quality management at the KSA factory.
• Ensure quality processes, inspection standards, and controls are implemented and maintained across production operations.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Development, Manufacturing Engineering, MPM, SQE, Test Engineering, and Site Operations teams.
• Identify and control factors impacting product quality; monitor changes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management during the server New Product Introduction (NPI) phase by proactively identifying quality risks and potential issues, and driving cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage manufacturing quality during the mass production phase by proactively identifying quality problems, conducting root cause analysis, and driving effective resolution to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Responsible for on-site quality management at the KSA factory.
• Ensure quality processes, inspection standards, and manufacturing controls are effectively implemented and maintained across production operations.
• Monitor manufacturing quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with Development, Manufacturing Engineering, MPM, SQE, Test Engineering, and Site Operations teams.
• Ensure all factors that may impact product quality are effectively identified, controlled, and continuously monitored.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence through systematic corrective actions.
