Hamad Bin Abdullah Al-Manea Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to prepare and review monthly payrolls, ensure data accuracy, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
You will calculate entitlements, reconcile salary differences, coordinate with HR and Finance, and help develop procedures to reduce errors while complying with wages regulations.
Responsibility for preparing and reviewing payrolls, wages, and final settlements for employees, ensuring the accuracy of calculations of entitlements and deductions, and compliance with the applicable regulations and policies.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting — a prerequisite for acceptance.
Practical experience in the field of preparing payrolls and wages.
Experience in preparing and reviewing employees’ final settlements.
Experience in calculating salaries, allowances, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
Experience in reviewing attendance and departure, leave, and absence, and linking them to payrolls.
Experience in preparing reconciliations and differences related to salaries.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and payroll and HR systems.
Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and bylaws related to wages and salaries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly payrolls and ensure the accuracy of the data.
Prepare and review employees’ final settlements for those whose services have ended.
Calculate entitlements related to end of service, leave, and other entitlements in accordance with the applicable regulations and policies.
Review attendance and departure, leave, and absence data, and ensure they are reflected correctly in payrolls.
Prepare reconciliations and salary differences and address any errors or notes.
Follow up on advances, deductions, and any amounts owed by or to employees.
Prepare reports related to payrolls, wages, and settlements and submit them to management.
Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and employee data.
Contribute to developing and improving payroll and settlement preparation procedures and reducing errors.
Required Skills:
Strong accounting skills and ability to work with numbers.

Ability to work under pressure and adhere to the specified deadlines for salary disbursement.
