Job summary

Lumi in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage monthly payroll and related activities. The role requires accuracy in payroll data, timely processing, and handling employee inquiries with professionalism.

You will collaborate with finance and HR to ensure compliance, prepare payroll reports, and support budgeting and cost analysis. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' payroll experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in payroll administration or related role.
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll including salaries, commissions, bonuses and other entitlements.
  • Verify and maintain accurate payroll data and records.
  • Monitor leave Absences and their impact on payroll calculations.
  • Review payroll transactions and payments for accuracy before processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions and payroll matters.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies timely.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll costs for budgeting and planning.
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues and follow company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll including salaries commissions bonuses and other employee entitlements
  • Verify and maintain accurate employee payroll data and records
  • Monitor paid and unpaid leave absences and ensure their correct impact on payroll calculations
  • Review payroll transactions and payments to ensure accuracy before processing
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries deductions incentives and payroll-related matters
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll costs to support budgeting and financial planning
General Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior colleagues when required
  • Follow departmental policies procedures and company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and efficiency
  • Prepare accurate reports in line with company requirements and quality standards
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in payroll administration, payroll analysis, or a related role.
