Job summary

Novotel Hotels in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a detail-oriented Payable & Payroll professional to lead our finance team's accounts payable operations and payroll processing with precision and efficiency.

You will verify invoices, manage payments, reconcile records, and stay compliant with Saudi regulations and GOSI, while collaborating with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll
• Proficient with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and Saudi labor laws
• Excellent Excel and data verification skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment authorization
• Execute payroll processing cycles, including salary calculations, deductions, and payment distributions
• Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure accuracy
• Maintain payroll and accounts payable records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely processing of employee payments and vendor payments according to established schedules
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance departments to resolve payment discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Perform monthly and periodic reconciliations of payroll and accounts payable accounts
• Generate financial reports and statements related to payroll and vendor payments
• Stay current with Saudi Arabia payroll regulations, tax requirements, and GOSI compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payment operations
