Diaverum is a Swedish-born, multinational healthcare organisation providing life-enhancing renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease. With more than 15,000 employees across 25 countries, and over 1,400 colleagues in 33 cities and towns across the Kingdom, we combine global experience with strong local presence. At Diaverum Saudi Arabia, pharmaceutical care is a clinical discipline, not a dispensing function. Dialysis patients carry complex medication regimens that must be reviewed, monitored and adjusted continuously. The Pharmacist is the person who ensures every patient receives safe, effective drug therapy and that pharmaceutical supplies across the clinic are managed with precision and accountability.
We are now looking for a Pharmacist who delivers evidence-based pharmaceutical care, manages medication safety and supply quality and works as a fully integrated member of the multidisciplinary team.
The Role
Pharmacist is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating pharmaceutical care services for patients across assigned clinics. You manage pharmacotherapy plans, oversee pharmaceutical supplies, monitor clinical parameters and ensure that pharmaceutical care meets both local and international standards.
You will report to the Clinic Manager and work closely with the Head of Pharmaceutical Care, the multidisciplinary team, clinic nurses, physicians and logistics services.

What Makes This Role Meaningful
Dialysis patients depend on precise, consistent medication management every session. An unreviewed drug interaction, a supply gap or a missed pharmacotherapy update has direct consequences for patient safety and treatment outcomes. Your work as a Pharmacist at Diaverum reduces that risk and improves the quality of care every patient receives.
This is a role with clinical depth, supply responsibility and a clear connection to patient outcomes. Diaverum has a clear mission and a long-term presence in Saudi Arabia.
