Job summary

MSD in Saudi Arabia seeks a PAH Therapy Area Partner to lead key accounts and drive tailored strategies for a new PAH launch. You will work with the CFT to deliver financial and strategic objectives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliant, ethical operations across the territory.

The role requires engagement with KOLs and decision-makers, effective market access collaboration, and the ability to manage budgets and cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Pharma or Business required.
• Pharma sales/account management experience preferred.
• Saudi nationality required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product discussions with HCPs to align customer and business needs.
• Identify and engage KOLs and decision-makers to position the product.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and KSLs.
• Understand purchasing processes and support the market access team.
• Identify drivers and barriers across the Kingdom and share insights with the CFT.
• Develop and execute tailored account management plans.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate territory activities and manage sponsorship budget.
• Monitor business performance against objectives.
• Support strategic projects with cross-functional teams.
• Complete and submit reports on schedule.
• Write EDP with guidance from the Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
