Job summary

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Package Manager to lead the engineering management of complex and challenging projects, demanding strong organization, critical thinking, and effective delegation of tasks.

The Projects department oversees coordination, performance monitoring and improvement, handovers, budget, schedule, quality and site safety, with the package manager serving as the focal point for the engineering team and leading by example.

Job description

The package manager will be responsible for the engineering management of complex and challenging projects within the business that often requires critical thinking and complex organization and delegation of tasks.

The Projects department is accountable for the coordination, performance monitoring and improvement, handover requirements, budget, schedule, quality and site safety with primary responsibility for individual projects.

The Package Manager will be the focal point of the engineering team and will require a highly driven, dynamic and motivated individual to ensure the team is lead by example.

The package manager maybe assigned full responsibility of projects as required by the business.
