Job summary

National Medical Care seeks a Projects Manager to organize, manage, and plan projects across R&D and product implementation efforts in Riyadh. You will interact with leadership to define scope, then lead the project team to clarify responsibilities and drive execution.

The role requires delivering on-time, within budget, and in line with specifications while communicating progress to stakeholders; PMP/CAPM certification is a plus and IT projects are included.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science.
• PMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Lead interdepartmental team to complete a project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks; provides mitigation recommendations.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
• Ensures compliance with policies, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity; publishes progress reports; allocates resources.
• Measures project performance using tools and develops dashboards.
• Attends meetings with clients and stake holders; manages relationships.
• Prepares reports and analyses on assigned projects for line manager.
• Handles IT projects and other assignments as required.
