Job summary

Lifera in Riyadh seeks a seasoned Portfolio Manager to oversee delivery across multiple portfolios, programs, subsidiaries and functions. You will consolidate project data, manage cross‑project dependencies, monitor milestones, risks and benefits, and prepare governance inputs for executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent certification preferred
• 9–11 years of relevant experience across project, program, portfolio, EPM or transformation management
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional portfolios or programs and preparing executive governance reporting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery oversight across portfolios, programs, subsidiaries, functions and Group projects.
• Maintain the consolidated view of projects, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and benefits.
• Validate and challenge project and program RAG status, forecasts, recovery actions and reporting quality.
• Consolidate project updates into program and portfolio performance views.
• Maintain integrated program roadmaps and monitor cross-project dependencies and decision requirements.
• Lead the weekly Project Delivery Review for assigned areas and support the Portfolio & Program Review.
• Prepare governance packs, escalation inputs, decision requirements and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with Project Sponsors, Program Sponsors, Program Leads, Project Managers and Business Owners to resolve information gaps and progress actions.
• Direct and quality-assure the work of assigned EPM Specialists.
• Escalate material exceptions to the EPM Director through the defined governance route.
• Support project intake, placement, tiering, onboarding and gate-readiness reviews.
• Identify portfolio resource constraints, delivery conflicts and improvement opportunities.
