Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives in Riyadh. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder relationships, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes across programs and vendors.

In this role you’ll mentor project managers, drive adoption of best practices, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to realize strategic business objectives in a dynamic retail and supply chain landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role managing complex projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (executive presence).
• Demonstrable experience using formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, MS Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Arabic and English language proficiency
• Supply Chain Retail domain knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale program.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans (work breakdown structure, milestones, dependencies) and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external vendors/partners) to execute project activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; escalate where required and drive remediation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: set expectations, provide regular status updates and facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure quality management and compliance with organizational processes and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lessons learned across projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers or project coordinators on the team.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts where projects impact operations or customers.
• Maintain financial controls: track budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor/third-party relationships and commercial aspects of projects.
• Experience with portfolio-level reporting and benefits realization.
