Job summary

NOV is seeking a Package Manager to lead engineering management for complex projects within the Projects department. You will coordinate, monitor and improve performance, oversee budgets and schedules, and serve as the focal point for engineering disciplines, clients and vendors.

The role requires proactive leadership, strategic planning and strong communication skills to deliver on contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams

Responsibilities

• Drive greenfield and brownfield project delivery from design through commissioning
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure scope and timelines are met
• Promote HSEQ leadership and NOV values across the project team
