Confidential in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Assistant Manager - HR Operations to supervise end-to-end administration of outsourced manpower, coordinating with staffing agencies and business stakeholders to ensure payroll, attendance, compliance and employee lifecycle activities are delivered efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management or related field.
• CIPD/SHRM/PHR or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced workforce lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, transfers and offboarding.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs and compliance.
• Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, overtime, leaves and payroll reconciliation with agencies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations and documentation (visas, permits, IDs).
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and other units to forecast manpower and allocations.
