Job summary

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to lead the last-mile delivery operations in our Delivery Stations, ensuring packages reach customers safely, on time, and with quality standards. You will safeguard safety, manage Delivery Associates, and drive On-The-Road performance metrics.

You will coordinate with vendors and DSP contacts, handle real-time routing challenges, and promote best practices across the network. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems.

Responsibilities

• Daily follow up with vendors on onboarding process.
• Facilitate onboarding with our external contractor.
• Incentive management.
• Uniform auditing and inventory.
• Daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to owners.
• Handling DS callouts on day-to-day topics related to DSP DAs.
• Arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance.

You'll need to safeguard your team's safety, promoting Amazon's Health and Safety standards

You'll lead and manage Delivery Associates and last-mile delivery operations

You'll monitor and drive On-The-Road performance metrics

You'll uphold Amazon's high standards of delivery quality and customer experience

You'll solve real-time routing, dispatch, and delivery challenges to ensure on-time performance

You'll strive to improve and streamline OTR processes and reduce delivery defects

You'll actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network

Key job responsibilities

Core responsibilities will include:

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic

• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership

• Experience relevant experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
