Job summary

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them and ship them, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will lead cross-functional teams, safeguard safety standards, and drive process improvements in a high-volume environment. The role requires high school or equivalent, English fluency, and 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, with flexibility for weekends/nights and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

  • managing OTR metrics by overseeing process on ground and ensure process compliance
  • lead and conduct station vehicles safety audits
  • facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor
  • dive deep into OTR metrics challenges and provide solutions partnering with DSPs and stakeholders
  • incentive management
  • uniform auditing and inventory
  • daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners, if needed
  • handling DS callouts on day to day topics related to DSP DAs
  • arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance
  • working towards great DSP and DA experience
  • streamline feedback from the DSPs to improve processes and provide solution

Basic Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using clear communication skills and experience delivering training to groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials
  • Experience working with data analytics, data warehouse reporting, and query design
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, logistics, Urban Design or Management Information System
