Job summary

Reef Holding, a fast-growing Saudi group across fragrance, beauty, fashion, and retail, is seeking an Organization Development Manager to lead major transformation initiatives and build scalable people practices that support growth.

The role requires strategic thinking, execution capability, strong stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Arabic and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Organization Development or HR Transformation.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and change management projects.
• Strong experience in organization design, job architecture, competency frameworks, and performance management.
• Experience with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• SHRM, CIPD, Prosci, Change Management certification is an advantage.
• Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organizational transformation and change management initiatives across the Group.
• Design and implement organization structures that support growth, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead restructuring, role redesign, workforce optimization, and organizational effectiveness projects.
• Develop and execute change management plans for major organizational changes.
• Identify organizational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Drive transformation initiatives from diagnosis to implementation and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, and governance frameworks.
• Lead job analysis, evaluation, descriptions, and career levels.
• Ensure clear accountabilities and interfaces across organization.
• Support leaders in designing scalable operating models.
• Oversee performance management frameworks and competency models.
• Support KPIs, performance measures, and expectations.
• Work with leadership to improve performance.
• Support strategic workforce planning and succession planning.
• Analyze workforce data and benchmarks to guide decisions.
• Engage with senior executives and HC leadership to steer initiatives.
