Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years in Business/ Digital Transformation, PM or Strategy execution.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience with governance frameworks and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs aligned with strategy and objectives.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps with milestones and success metrics.
• Drive business process optimization and operating model improvements.
• Partner with leaders to identify efficiency, growth, and innovation opportunities.
• Establish governance, program controls, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Engage stakeholders across executives and delivery teams.
• Lead change management including communication and training.
• Track benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
