Job summary

Datamatics Global Service in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to drive strategic business and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional programs, establish roadmaps, manage stakeholders at all levels, and ensure value realization through process and technology-led improvements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in transformation with strong program governance, change management, and the ability to deliver enterprise-scale initiatives in GCC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years of transformation experience.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives with governance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs aligned with strategy and objectives.
• Develop and execute roadmaps with milestones and success metrics.
• Drive process optimization, operating model improvements, and change initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth and innovation.
• Establish governance, program controls, and transformation reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement across executives, functions, and delivery teams.
• Lead change management activities including communication and training.
• Track benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
• Foster culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
