Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Organizational Development leader to act as an internal consultant and program manager. You will develop and administer HR programs, support business units, and drive organizational development initiatives aligned with strategic goals.

The role involves supervising OD plans, performance management, policy communication, and staff development, with a focus on improving retention and satisfaction across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR management; master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years’ experience in HR, organizational development or talent management.
• Knowledge of Oracle HRMS and HR metrics/analytics; familiarity with KSA Labor Law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of organizational development plans and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop OD department work plan and assign activities within the team.
• Propose plans and programs to improve the OD department’s effectiveness.
• Ensure instructions and decisions are followed by subordinates.
• Coordinate with BUs to upgrade organization structures as needed.
• Oversee performance management system and recommend adjustments.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and respond to inquiries.
• Manage HR and OD programs through training and staff development.
• Study trends in performance management and modify the system accordingly.
• Address employee retention, career path planning, and succession; suggest policy improvements.
• Direct needs assessment for training and staff development.
• Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, training spend, promotions) and propose improvements.
• Conduct market analysis for compensation and benefits.
• Manage salary grading and company-wide pay scales; suggest improvements.
• Oversee company policies including HR manual and incentives; contribute to reducing turnover and increasing satisfaction.
