Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Organizational Development or HR.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in organizational design, job evaluation, and job descriptions.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support OD initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and evaluation frameworks.
• Review and update HR policies, procedures, governance documents to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate performance management cycle including goals, reviews, and calibration.
• Conduct organizational analysis and workforce planning to improve effectiveness.
• Analyze HR metrics and organizational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participate in change management initiatives and support business transformation.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify organizational challenges and recommend practical OD solutions.
• Contribute to talent management initiatives including competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, best practices, and labor regulations.

• Support the design and implementation of Organizational Development (OD) initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Review, develop, and update HR policies, procedures, and governance documents to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate and support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or a related HR function.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Solid experience in organizational design, job evaluation, job descriptions, performance management, and HR policies & procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
