Job summary

Environment Fund | صندوق البيئة is seeking a seasoned OD and HR professional to lead organizational development strategies, ensuring HR practices align with business goals and foster a high-performance, agile organization.

You will drive workforce planning, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and employee engagement, coordinating with leaders to map structures and policies for effective execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Years of experience: Minimum 3 years in OD or related field.
• Skills: Training & development, performance and rewards, recruitment, human capital program design, strategy, HR general knowledge, employee relations, coaching.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance organizational structures to align with strategy and growth.
• Update HR policies to ensure compliance with legal/operational standards.
• Align job descriptions with changes for effective job evaluation and recruitment.
• Research and apply best OD practices to support transformation.
• Collaborate with leaders to resolve structure challenges.
• Develop and map competency frameworks across roles.
• Support workforce planning with annual manpower plans and policies.
• Update compensation structures to stay market-competitive.
• Conduct job evaluations and classification for internal equity.
• Design and refine policies on rewards, promotions, and performance management.
• Update HR SLAs to match evolving business needs.
• Oversee HR systems and intranet platforms optimization.
• Lead employee engagement surveys to drive improvement.
• Coordinate transfers to align with needs and efficiency.

Education
