Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in KSA is seeking a Director, P&O who will lead the People & Organization agenda across MAF Development, acting as a strategic partner to enable growth, organizational effectiveness, and capability building in existing and new markets.

You will shape P&O strategy, design organizations, execute workforce planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives while ensuring strong governance, data analytics, and change management to scale new business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / HR or equivalent.
• Master's degree or other formal HR qualifications preferred.
• 15 years progressive experience in managing all HR disciplines in a reputed company, preferably GCC with 5-7 years in a senior leadership position.
• Strategic leadership skills, Business Partnering, Team Development, Stakeholder Management, Budgeting and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SVP P&O and Head of Departments to create the P&P strategy by analyzing and anticipating business needs, market dynamics.
• Lead the end-to-end people and organizational setup & Talent Deployment for new Development entities and markets.
• Provide functional leadership and expertise to MAF Development on P&O strategies, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Build and execute the P&O setup strategy for current and future growth markets, including workforce planning and leadership hiring.
• Manage and drive talent data and analytics to provide leaders with trends on leadership development, engagement, and attrition.
• Translate business objectives into strategic initiatives aligned with MAFD People Strategy and growth objectives.
• Support Development leadership in establishing governance, operating models and change plans to scale new units.
• Partner with leadership to implement targeted learning programs to strengthen management pipeline and succession planning.
