Job summary

InnovationTeam seeks a Senior Transformation Lead to drive development and organizational change in coordination with department managers. You will translate the CEO’s strategy into actionable plans, assess current processes, and lead initiatives to raise efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

The role requires five+ years of senior experience with governance, ERP, and digital transformation, plus strong Arabic and English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Five+ years of senior organizational development or transformation experience.
• Experience with governance, restructuring, and performance management.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Arabic; professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO strategy into practical development plans.
• Assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, costs, and coordination.
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards; monitor progress.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for proposals.
• Report results and decisions to the CEO.
• Lead change management including communication and stakeholder engagement.
