Job summary

Innovation Team seeks a senior leader to drive development initiatives in alignment with the CEO’s strategy. You will translate strategic directions into practical programs, oversee governance improvements, and coordinate across departments to deliver measurable performance gains.

The role requires strong analytics, change leadership, and experience in transformation programs, with multilingual communication and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• PMI/Change management certifications (PMP/CCMP) preferred.
• Experience leading organizational development and transformation programs.
• Strong ability to drive governance, performance management, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO strategy into actionable development plans and measurable initiatives.
• Assess processes, structures, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, costs, and cross‑department coordination.
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards; monitor and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and PMO to enhance project delivery and governance.
• Support change management, communications, and training coordination.
• Contribute to digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
