Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Change Management & Communications Specialist to drive enterprise-wide transformation. You will develop change strategies, engage stakeholders at all levels, and craft communication plans to promote adoption of new processes and systems.

The role requires collaboration with business leaders, project teams, and SMEs to minimize resistance and ensure successful delivery of transformation programs. Bilingual English/Arabic capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
• Experience with stakeholder management and change impact assessments.
• Proficient in Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management and communication plans for transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments.
• Prepare communications materials, presentations, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate training activities and support employees during changes.
• Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and report progress to management.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders and project teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and ERP implementations.
