Dautom, a trusted IT consulting partner, is placing an Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Functional Lead for a major client in Riyadh, KSA. You will lead design validation for Core HR, Absence, OTL, and Payroll, with a focus on managing a diverse construction workforce including site engineers, craft labor, and remote camp personnel.

The role requires 5+ years in EPC HR tech, 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations, and deep knowledge of local labor laws, EOSB, WPS, and project

• Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• Mandatory EPC Industry Experience: 5+ years in HR technology implementations or workforce management within an EPC, Civil Engineering, or Construction company.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM & Payroll implementations.
• Workforce Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of direct vs. indirect site labor, remote camp management, shift rotations, and ME/regional labor regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Site Workforce & Enterprise Structure Design: Shadow configuration of matrix organizational structures, project site department units, job grades, and craft labor categories.
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Site Timesheets: Design and test OTL timesheet entry for daily site attendance, operator hours, shifts, and overtime rules, ensuring transfer into project costs.
• Localized Construction Payroll: Validate local labor law compliance, site allowances, EOSB, WPS files, and monthly payroll calculation engines.
• D365 Worker Data Migration: Lead extraction and loading of worker master profiles, site assignment history, leave balances, and passport/visa documents using HDL.

Required Qualifications & Mandatory EPC Experience:

• Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• Mandatory EPC Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR technology implementations or workforce management within an EPC, Civil Engineering, or Construction company (MANDATORY).
• Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise: Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM & Payroll implementations.
• Workforce Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of direct vs. indirect site labor, remote camp management, shift rotations, and localized Middle East / regional labor regulations.

Position Summary:

Leads internal design validation and shadowing for Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Payroll. Mandates specialized experience managing diverse construction workforces: site engineers, craft labor, remote camp personnel, shift rosters, and timesheet capture integrated with project costing.

Key Responsibilities & EPC Specific Duties:

• Site Workforce & Enterprise Structure Design: Shadow configuration of matrix organizational structures, project site department units, job grades, and craft labor categories.
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Site Timesheets: Design and test OTL timesheet entry for daily site attendance, equipment operator hours, shift differentials, and overtime rules, ensuring direct transfer into Oracle PPM project costs.
• Localized Construction Payroll: Validate local labor law compliance, site hardship allowances, End of Service Benefits (EOSB), Wage Protection System (WPS) files, and monthly payroll calculation engines.
• D365 Worker Data Migration: Lead extraction and loading of worker master profiles, site assignment history, leave balances, and passport/visa documents using Human Capital Data Loader (HDL).
