Job summary

Dautom is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion PPM SME in Riyadh to lead EPC project accounting and commercial control. You will design WBS/CBS structures, manage billing and revenue recognition under IFRS 15/ASC 606, and drive cross-functional testing and data migration.

The role requires 6+ years in EPC/GC environments, Oracle PPM depth, and D365 Project Operations knowledge, with a focus on integration with Primavera P6 and site systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or Computer Science.
• 6+ years as Functional Project Accounting Specialist or Commercial Manager in EPC/GC firms.
• 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations in EPC/infrastructure.
• In-depth D365 Advanced Project Management / Project Operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

Position Summary: Serves as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion PPM. The role mandates comprehensive expertise in construction project accounting, sub-contractor valuation certificates, progress billing, retention, and earned value analysis within an EPC environment.

Key Responsibilities & EPC Specific Duties:

• EPC Project Solution Design: Shadow SI workshops for Oracle Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Performance. Configure complex WBS/CBS hierarchies, cost-to-complete forecasting, and revenue recognition under IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
• Subcontractor & Commercial Control: Design and validate workflows for advance payment recovery, subcontractor payment applications, retention holdbacks, variation/change orders, and liquid damages.
• Integration with Primavera P6 & Site Systems: Validate functional requirements for real-time and scheduled synchronization between Primavera P6 schedule progress, WBS budget updates, and Oracle Fusion PPM.
• D365 Project Data Migration: Map legacy D365 APM / Project Operations active projects, historical costs, unbilled revenue, open PO commitments, and contract agreements into Oracle FBDI templates.
• Construction Testing Scenarios: Lead end-to-end UAT testing for EPC commercial scenarios (Milestone Billing, Progress Percentage of Completion Billing, Unit Rate Contracts, Joint Venture Cost Sharing).

Required Qualifications & Mandatory EPC Experience:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Mandatory EPC Industry Experience: Minimum 6+ years as a Functional Project Accounting Specialist or Commercial Manager directly within an EPC or General Contracting firm (MANDATORY).
• Oracle PPM Expertise: Successfully completed at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations in an EPC or heavy infrastructure business.
• D365 Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Advanced Project Management (APM) / Project Operations tables and WBS data structures.

Required Professional Certifications:

• AACE Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) (Highly Desirable)
• RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Accreditation (Asset)
