Job summary

Dautom seeks a Functional Lead – Oracle Fusion SCM for a major EPC client, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee solution design, testing, and migration across Oracle Fusion SCM modules, aligning with site construction procurement strategies and EPC workflows.

Required are 5+ years in EPC procurement, Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, and D365 Trade & Logistics experience, with leadership to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions in heavy construction settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years in EPC or heavy construction procurement/supply chain.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud (2 end-to-end implementations).
• Practical experience with D365 Trade & Logistics / SCM data structures.
• Oracle Procurement Cloud Implementation Professional certification is mandatory.
• CSCP/CPIM or CPSM certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, testing, and migration across Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Shadow workshops for PRs, RFQs, blanket agreements, and sourcing rules for site projects.
• Validate material issuance to WBS tasks, site receiving routines, and warehouse management.
• Direct extraction and migration of Item Masters, ASL, POs, Subcontracts, and site inventory balances from D365.
• Deploy Oracle Supplier Portal for online bidding, sub-contractor progress submittals, and ASN notifications.
• Design and validate inventory control for client-supplied and buyer-furnished materials to subcontractors.

About the Role:

Position Summary:

Oversees internal solution design, testing, and migration across Oracle Fusion Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, and Supplier Portal. Requires direct experience in EPC project-driven procurement, site material receiving, long-lead equipment sourcing, and sub-contract agreement management.

Key Responsibilities & EPC Specific Duties:

• Project Procurement & Sourcing Design: Shadow vendor workshops for Purchase Requisitions, RFQs, Blanket Agreements, and Sourcing rules tailored to site construction bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Site Material & Logistics Flow: Validate material issuance to project WBS tasks, direct site receiving routines, warehouse store management, equipment spare parts tracking, and scrap management.
• D365 Construction SCM Migration: Direct the extraction, cleansing, and loading of Item Masters, Approved Supplier Lists (ASL), Open Purchase Orders, Subcontract Agreements, and Site Inventory balances from D365.
• Supplier Portal Onboarding: Deploy the Oracle Supplier Portal for online vendor bidding, sub-contractor progress submittals, and site material delivery notifications (ASNs).
• Buyer-Furnished Materials (BFM): Design and validate inventory control processes for client-supplied and buyer-furnished materials issued to subcontractors.

Required Qualifications & Mandatory EPC Experience:

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or Business.
• Mandatory EPC Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years managing supply chain, site procurement, or material logistics directly within an EPC or heavy construction company (MANDATORY).
• Oracle SCM Cloud Expertise: Successfully completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations.
• D365 Domain Knowledge: Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Trade & Logistics / Supply Chain module data structures.
• Required Professional Certifications:
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud Implementation Professional (Mandatory)
  • APICS / ASCM Certified in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM (Highly Desirable)
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) (Desirable)
