The role requires strong PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML workflows, and Arabic communication for client interactions and team collaboration; experience gathering HR requirements and configuring HRMS within Oracle E-Business

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence, and Performance Management.
• Technical working knowledge of Oracle Reports (XML), workflow and PLSQL.
• Arabic speaking fluency for client interactions.
