Job summary

Elevatus in Jeddah is seeking an experienced optical retail professional to deliver high-quality service and drive sales performance. You will identify customer needs, recommend frames and lenses, read prescriptions, and manage insurance approvals with a focus on zero-error orders.

You will uphold brand standards, maintain stock accuracy, and support store targets. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with SCFHS eligibility and a 2–5 year background in optical retail.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of optical retail experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Optics or related field.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• SCFHS license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
• Drive sales, upselling, cross-selling and promotions execution.
• Read and interpret prescriptions accurately and ensure dispensing accuracy.
• Handle insurance approvals and invoicing (Wassel / NPHIES).
• Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey and resolve issues before handover.
• Maintain stock accuracy and product safety; report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
• Drive conversion, upselling, Cross-selling and promotions execution.
• Achieving his individual sales targets and supporting store performance
• Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Read and interpret prescriptions accurately.
• Perform contact lenses fitting as per standards.
• Ensure correct dispensing and product selection.
• Process transactions accurately through POS system.
• Handle insurance approvals and invoicing (Wassel / NPHIES).
• Ensure full compliance with policies (no manual errors).
• Maintain stock accuracy and product safety.
• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across categories.
