Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking an Operations Tech SME to bridge Operations, Product, and Tech teams for smooth launches and stable workflows. You will troubleshoot issues, validate processes, and support day-one performance for new sites or products.

Responsibilities include leading readiness, testing, data validation, defect resolution, and clear stakeholder communication to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, engineering, math, or related field.
• 1+ years in technical support, engineering or operations environment.
• Experience with MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and oral communication across organization levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness and support launch activities for new sites or products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct structured testing, validate process accuracy, identify gaps before launch.
• Support data validation related to operational workflows and promises.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve defects and prepare go-live.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive root-cause resolution.
• Communicate updates, documentation, and status reports to stakeholders.
