Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join a newly formed organization designing and launching new business models across AMET. You will oversee store and last mile operations, ensure adherence to policies, coach associates, and drive productivity and safety to exceed expectations.

You'll manage day-to-day end-to-end operations for multiple small sites, lead on performance management and training for riders, and stand in for Area Manager

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D across Amazon Now KSA Darkstores.
• Drive continuous improvement of day-to-day Operations.
• Manage end-to-end operations for multiple small sites, supervising Last mile operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while managing costs and ensuring safety and morale.
• Drive performance management and training plans for riders.
• Improve delivery processes and achieve sustained performance.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits daily at the delivery station.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
