Job summary

AstroLabs is seeking a detail-oriented HR & PRO Specialist in Saudi Arabia to manage HR, PRO, and GRO services behind the scenes, ensuring precision, speed, and compliance across government platforms. This non-client-facing role focuses on accurate processing and scalable operations.

You will handle visa processing, residency management, and documentation while maintaining SOPs and trackers with high accuracy, collaborating with internal teams to uphold AstroLabs' standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, PRO, and GRO processes, preferably for KSA.
• Knowledge of government portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and similar systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR, PRO, and GRO services for clients including visa processing, employee registration, insurance issuance, certificate renewals, and residency management.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness across all tasks and systems.
• Keep all trackers and CRMs updated with at least 95% accuracy.
• Liaise with government entities online and in person when required.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process checklists to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
