Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the manufacturing, machinery, or heavy equipment sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational budgets and driving cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
