Job summary

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Operations in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Operations Lead to drive end-to-end UTR operations across a large site or multiple sites. You will ensure attendance tracking, coach associates, and report on productivity, quality, and safety to meet Amazon expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in manufacturing or customer-facing environments, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• 1+ years in manufacturing or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR operations on a large site or multiple sites.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining safety and morale.
• Lead performance management and training for the pickers.
• Collaborate with merchants to improve the operations process.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily.
• Stand in for Area Manager.
