Job summary

Amazon is expanding its Operations team in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee shift management in one of our fulfillment centers, ensuring safe, efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.

The role involves training associates, coordinating with frontline management, analyzing data to resolve issues, and adapting labor allocations to meet plans. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing shifts or teams.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by addressing safety opportunities.
• Lead and train Associates to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues.
• Use data analysis and process improvements to solve logistics challenges.
