Amazon Now KSA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives across Darkstores in KSA. You will implement processes that enhance delivery speed, quality and safety while coaching teams to high standards.

This role requires English fluency, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to drive rapid, data-driven change in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You may stand in for Area Manager as needed.

Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team lead for our Ultra Fast Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading on L&D across Amazon Now KSA Darkstores.
• Driving continuous Improvement to day-to-day Operations.
• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operations
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

• Knowledge of city topography and road network
