Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Lead to help design and launch new business models across AMET as part of Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF). You will lead Store Operations, ensure policy adherence, coach associates, and drive safety, productivity, and quality to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, writing and reading.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience handling complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead on L&D across Amazon Now KSA Darkstores.
• Drive continuous improvement to day-to-day operations.
• Manage end-to-end operations for multiple small sites and supervise last mile operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while controlling costs and maintaining safety and team morale.
• Drive performance management and training plans for riders.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits daily at the delivery station.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
