Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) is seeking an on-site OTR Supervisor to lead delivery operations and ensure on-time, quality service to customers. You will manage Delivery Associates, monitor on-the-road performance, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires coordinating onboarding with external partners, driving daily communications with DSP contacts, and implementing incentive and attendance processes to improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience with data analytics and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Daily follow up with vendors on onboarding processes.
• Facilitate onboarding with external contractor.
• Incentive management.
• Uniform auditing and inventory.
• Daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to owners.
• Handling DS callouts on day-to-day topics related to DSP DAs.
• Arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance.
