NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dammam is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding professional to manage end-to-end international shipments (air and sea). You will coordinate with overseas offices, negotiate rates with carriers, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth execution of all shipping operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in international freight forwarding, strong English communication, proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel, and a sales‑driven, team‑oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests and work with overseas offices for competitive shipping prices.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers.
• Prepare quotations including local services such as clearance, delivery and storage.
• Coordinate shipments with overseas offices across US & Far East time zones.
• Prepare shipment files, approve and upload invoices and documents using in-house software.
• Handle complaints and irregularities with vendors and customers.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Freight Forwarding Professional to join their team in Dammam. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in international freight forwarding (Air & Sea) and a proven ability to manage the full shipment process from end to end. This role involves coordinating with overseas offices, negotiating rates with carriers, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of all shipping operations. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales‑driven mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to operational needs, including potential relocation when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving customers’ requests, working with various overseas offices to obtain competitive shipping prices,
• Rate negotiation with carriers and suppliers.
• Preparing the quotation to the customers including the local services that might be requested such as (Clearance, delivery and Storage)
• Communicating and following up with overseas offices to book the shipments considering time differences. (US & Far‑East).
• Preparing shipment files, approving and uploading invoices and related documents using in‑house software.
• Handling complaints and irregularities with vendors and customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 yrs. Experience in International Freight Forwarding Air & Sea.
• English Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking.
• Very well versed in Microsoft Office Apps (excellent in MS Outlook & Excel in particular)
• Sales & Marketing driven personality.
• Team player and remote communication skills.
• Flexibility is a must and is rewarded.
