Job summary

TUV SUD for Safety Engineering LLC in Riyadh invites a proactive Project Coordinator to join our operations team onsite. You will coordinate and assign projects to inspectors, track reports, upload to Tawuniya, and support cross‑functional teams across Inspectors, QC/QA, design and accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign projects to inspectors.
• Follow up on completing reports and upload to Tawuniya portal.
• Support other teams including Inspectors, QC/QA, design and accounting.
• Handle visit appointments and upload visit reports to Tawuniya portal.
• Communicate with clients and guide them to the responsible team.
• Issue quotations for NDT or design re‑studies.
• Upload new projects to BLS, IMS.
• Document control and archive all documents and warranties.
• Record meeting minutes and circulate work instructions.

YOUR TASK

• Coordinating and assigning projects to inspectors.
• Follow up on completing reports and uploading it to the Tawuniya portal.
• Support the other teams in all sub-departments like Inspectors, QC/QA, design team, and accountant team.
• Handle the visit appointments and upload the visit reports to the Tawuniya portal.
• Handle complaints from clients and Tawuniya.
• Communicate with clients such as answering the calls & messages and guiding the clients to the responsible team according to TUV SUD rules.
• Issuing Quotations for the Non-destructive test or Destructive test or Design re-study.
• Uploading the new projects to BLS,IMS.
• Document control & archive all types of reports, technical documents, letters & warranties from any involved parties on site.
• Upload weekly reports to the operations supervisor.
• Organizing the meetings for all sub-departments in BLS
• Recording the minutes of meetings and circulating the work instructions to all sub-departments

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma
• 1-3 Years of experience.
• Microsoft office experince
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
