Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking an Operation Coordinator - BLS in Riyadh to join our onsite team. This role coordinates project assignments to inspectors, tracks report completion, and uploads documents to Tawuniya and BLS/IMS portals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or diploma and 1–3 years of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to support multiple teams including inspectors, QC/QA, design, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign projects to inspectors.
• Follow up on completing reports and upload to Tawuniya portal.
• Support sub-departments including Inspectors, QC/QA, design, and accounting.
• Manage visit appointments and upload visit reports.
• Handle client complaints and Tawuniya communications.
• Communicate with clients and route inquiries to the correct team.
• Issue quotations for NDT or design re-study.
• Upload new projects to BLS/IMS systems.
• Maintain document control and archive reports and warranties.
• Upload weekly reports to the operations supervisor.
• Organize meetings and circulate work instructions.

Your Task

• Coordinating and assigning projects to inspectors.
• Follow up on completing reports and uploading it to the Tawuniya portal.
• Support the other teams in all sub-departments like Inspectors, QC/QA, design team, and accountant team.
• Handle the visit appointments and upload the visit reports to the Tawuniya portal.
• Handle complaints from clients and Tawuniya.
• Communicate with clients such as answering the calls & messages and guiding the clients to the responsible team according to TUV SUD rules.
• Issuing Quotations for the Non-destructive test or Destructive test or Design re-study.
• Uploading the new projects to BLS,IMS.
• Document control & archive all types of reports, technical documents, letters & warranties from any involved parties on site.
• Upload weekly reports to the operations supervisor.
• Organizing the meetings for all sub-departments in BLS Recording the minutes of meetings and circulating the work instructions to all sub-departments

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma 1-3 Years of experience.
• Microsoft office experince
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
