Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage on-site administrative activities and timesheets.
• Process PRs, approvals, and related documentation (GRs/SES) after delivery.
• Issue gate passes and PPE.
• Handle subcontracts, time sheets, and HSE/PPE compliance.
• Maintain and document outage-related records and drawings in the system.
