Job summary

Acwa is seeking an I&C Engineer to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, outages and overhauls of plant I&C equipment. You will use SAP CMMS under the Section Head and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work and compliance with IMS objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in I&C Engineering, strong English communication, and expertise in SAP CMMS, HSE, and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in I&C Engineering is required.
• Experience with maintenance planning and supervision is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and EMS

Responsibilities

• Plan & supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on plant I&C equipment.
• Execute work orders through SAP CMMS and coordinate with planning engineer.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and correspondence related to maintenance work.
• Ensure environmental aspects and IMS objectives are implemented and monitored.
• Perform root-cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Provide on-the-job training and evaluate staff performance.
