Acwa Operations is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization for the Qassim IPP project. You will drive the maintenance strategy, planning, and execution to ensure safe, reliable and cost-efficient plant operations across electrical, mechanical and I&C systems.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with HSE standards while coordinating with EPC on commissioning activities and outages. A strong leader with 20 years in power/water sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 20 years of experience in power/water generation or similar.
• Managerial experience preferred.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP and CMMS.

Responsabilités

• Develop and align maintenance strategy with plant goals.
• Lead budgeting and financial performance of maintenance department.
• Plan preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance planning, SOPs, and work instructions across all systems.
• Coordinate with EPC and operations during commissioning and handover.
• Lead outages planning and resource forecasting.
• Mentor and manage maintenance team to ensure safe, compliant operations.
