Foodics, a leading restaurant tech provider, seeks a hands-on Field Technician to install and train customers at their sites across Saudi Arabia.

You will handle software installation, hardware setup, on-site onboarding, and on-demand support, working with other departments to ensure service quality and timely resolutions.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Networking or IT, 0–2 years experience, fluency in English and Arabic, MS Office basics, and a valid driving license with your own car.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Networking, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 0-2 years of IT/SaaS experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; good MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver world-class service for new and existing clients at their locations.
• Install and train customers on Foodics software and hardware.
• Visit sites and ensure quality of service; onboarding and support.
• Handle location-specific onboarding, installations, training, replacement and support requests.
• Escalate tickets with other departments to deliver on-demand support.
