Zusammenfassung

Foodics, a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment tech provider, is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install and train customers on our software and hardware at their locations. You will visit client sites, ensure service quality, and resolve on-demand issues within SLA.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Bachelor in Networking or CS, 0–2 years IT/SaaS experience, and is fluent in English and Arabic. A valid driving license and own car are required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Networking, Computer Information System, or Computer Science.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT/SaaS/Software environments.
• Knowledge of software, networking, and POS systems.
• Able to manage high volume of requests on a unified line.
• Willing to work outside normal hours and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Deliver world-class service at client locations.
• Handle customer needs for Foodics services (RMS, Pay, Online).
• Visit client sites to ensure service quality.
• Perform on-site onboarding, installations, training, and replacements.
• Collaborate with other departments on escalated tickets to provide on-demand support.
• Handle requests within the company SLA.
• Coordinate with outlet teams for ongoing support.
