Job summary

Foodics in Medina seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician to install and support software and hardware at client locations across Saudi Arabia. You will train customers on the product, perform onboarding, handle on-site installations, and resolve on-demand issues while meeting service level agreements.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Networking, CIS or CS, 0–2 years IT/SaaS experience, strong English and Arabic, and a valid driving license with a car for site visits.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Networking, CIS or CS.
• Fluent in English and Arabic for client communication.
• Valid driving license and own car for site visits.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and POS systems is a plus.
• Comfortable with high volumes of requests and inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class service for new and existing clients.
• Visit client sites for onboarding, installations and training.
• Handle escalation tickets and on-demand support within SLA.
• Collaborate with other departments on client issues.
• Provide general support to outlets and operations teams.

What Will You Do

Deliver a word class service for new and existing clients Handle customer needs at their locations for All Foodics Services RMS Pay Online Visit client s sites and ensuring quality of services Handle location specific onboarding installations training replacement and support requests Work with other departments on clients escalated tickets to deliver on demand support Handle requests on-demand and within company s SLA Work closely with outlet team and operations for clients on-demand and general support requests
